Poster for main exhibition at the Gray Art Gallery, Hartlepool
Printn/a
The public art gallery could only afford a black and white poster print for this exhibition so I chose an image that would have visual clarity in black and white. A significant visual feature of Castle Eden Dene in the 90s was the number of dead Elm trees some still standing tall and graceful but ghostly grey having lost their bark to the disease carried by Elm bark beetles known as Dutch Elm Disease.
